Kirsty, has grown the business from its humble beginnings, to what it is today, one of Sydney’s very best Pet Grooming salons! An avid animal lover, as a child it was her dream to work with animals. She has worked as a professional Pet Stylist for over 12 years locally, owning her successful mobile grooming business for 9 years.

Kirsty is very passionate about learning. She is always exploring how to provide the best services and techniques, to clients and staff. Kirsty has experience with all kinds of animals, dog behaviour, showing and breeding . Kirsty specialises in behavioural grooming, mixed breeds, elderly and younger dogs and those that require extra TLC. She is very passionate about the local community, having grown up here and loves providing rewarding jobs for passionate pet people just like her!

Carley

Senior Pet Stylist

Our resident pocket rocket, Carley is a self-confessed dog lover! She has over 12 years experience working as a Pet Groomer, Pet Stylist & Boarding Kennel Manager. She may be a small  but she isn't afraid of a big challenge when it comes to grooming! Carley is a very hard working person. She consistently goes above and beyond for her clients.

Carley has a passion for Pet nutrition, she enjoys learning all there is to know about appropriate diet for canines. In her spare time she loves relaxing at home, playing video games and chatting to friends and family. As well as going the beach or river with her huge dog Hammer. AKA. the poster boy of Urban Tails. Carley specialises in larger dogs, de-sheds and more difficult grooms, dogs that require extra attention. Carley's poodle grooms are exceptional!

Catherine

Professional Groomer/Receptionist

Helping all dogs to feel happy and comfortable, during grooming is Catherines passion! She has 8 years of industry experience under her belt and has been there and done that! Having owned her own home salon and working in a vetinary clinic where she learnt many valuable skills attributing to her success.

Catherine is a fun loving and friendly person who always has a smile on her face. She is always willing to help anyone who needs it!

Catherine aspires to advance her grooming skills by perfecting longer and more breed specific trims. She would also love to enter a dog grooming competition in the future! In her spare time Catherine loves being outdoors. She loves camping, nature, the beach, riding motorbikes and reading. As well as spending time with her family and pets.  Her favourite part about working as a groomer gaining your pets trust and seeing their transformations. She also loves creating smiles on owners faces and seeing pets excited for pickup.

Ashleigh

Professional Groomer

Ash has been working as a professional dog groomer, pet sitter and salon manager for the past 7 years.

Ashleigh's love for animals started when she was very young and was gifted her first dog. She then discovered she had a talent working with animals and connecting with them. She attended an Agricultural high school where she spent a lot of time down at the farm. Hanging out with cows, chickens, sheep and alpacas.

In her spare time ash enjoys going for bush walks and training with her adorable Rottweiler Bowser. As well as spending time with her fiancée. Ash also sits on the committee for the Rottweiler Club of NSW and on the weekend enjoys showing her dog at shows.

She has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the petcare industry. Ash is very passionate about animal welfare and loves to share her knowledge to help educate people about how to best take care of their pets.

Eliza

Dog Groomer/ Salon Assistant

Eliza has been working with pets for the past 6 years and hasn’t looked back ever since that day!  Eliza started as a young volunteer at a local animal shelter. Here she got to spend time with and care for the resident shelter dogs and cats. Discovering a passion for this work, she progressed into walking dogs for busy fur-parents, pet-sitting, and eventually took up working at a doggy day-care centre. It was here where she developed a strong interest in dog body language and behaviour, and found a love and natural ability for dog grooming!

Eliza has had a fascination for all animals and their welfare. Well, since before she can even remember! She shared her childhood growing up with all kinds of creatures including dogs, cats, birds, mice, fish, guinea pigs and rabbits. As a little tike Eliza enjoyed watching shows like 'Eliza Thornberry', 'Harrys Practice and 101 Dalmatians! Eliza believes these core memories have shaped and inspired her career in the petcare industry!
