The service includes two premium shampoo washes, conditioning, a tear-free face wash, outer ear cleaning, blow-dry, brush-out and nail trimming. Finishing cologne completes the groom.
Double-coated dogs also require a De-Shed add-on.
Bath & Blow Dry
A thorough bath and careful tidying without a full body haircut. Ideal for haircut breeds between full grooms, long or thick double coats such as Samoyeds and Huskies, and dogs needing outline trimming.
Includes two shampoo washes, conditioning selected for your dog’s skin and coat, a tear free face wash, outer ear cleaning, drying, brushing, face and feet tidying, hygiene clipping and nail trimming. Finishing cologne completes the groom.
Double coated dogs also require a De-Shed add-on. Outline Trimming is available from $25 per 15 minutes.
Bath & Tidy
A beautifully finished haircut in your preferred length, with the body, face and tail styled to create a look that suits your dog. Whether you prefer a shorter coat or want to keep more length, we’ll discuss the details with you at drop-off.

The Urban Tails Puppy Program is a five-step introduction to grooming that builds confidence gradually.
Beginning with a complimentary salon visit, each stage introduces handling, bathing, drying, brushing, nail care and grooming equipment before progressing to a complete styled groom.
Every appointment moves at your puppy’s pace, creating positive habits for calmer, more comfortable grooming throughout their life.
