We will send you a pickup message when your dog is almost ready for collection. Please wait for this message before returning to the salon.
Please text 0485 032 355 as soon as you know you are running late. We will try to accommodate you where possible, but arrivals more than 15 minutes late will be treated as a no-show and charged 100% of the booked service fee.
Yes. Our “set and forget” scheduling allows you to reserve recurring appointments every two, three, four or six weeks. We will send you a reminder before each appointment.
No. We are unable to offer multiple-dog discounts.
Please avoid arriving before your scheduled appointment time, as this means we must stop what we are doing. If you need to arrange an early drop-off, text 0485 032 355 and wait for a reply before coming to the salon.
Dropping your dog off early does not mean they will be groomed sooner.
Please do not do this. If your dog sees you before the groom is finished, they may become excited, which can make it unsafe for us to continue their groom. If you arrive before we contact you, we may need to stop the groom in its current state. This may result in your dog leaving with an unfinished haircut and the full service fee will still be payable.
We will try to contact you and make alternative arrangements. If this is not possible, your dog will be taken to an animal shelter or nearby veterinary clinic and you will be notified. We cannot have pets on the premises after closing.
All grooming fees and any boarding or animal-care costs remain payable and may be charged to the card we have on file.
