Every dog is unique, and even dogs of the same breed can differ in size, coat type, length, condition and grooming needs.
The final price will reflect the service required and the time needed to complete the groom safely and comfortably.
All prices displayed on our website include GST.
Overgrown, heavily tangled or matted coats may require additional preparation. Where matting requires pre-clipping before bathing, this is charged at $50 per 30 minutes.

Service Upgrades
Ear Plucking
Suitable for dogs with excess ear hair, particularly breeds with continuously growing coats, such as Poodles, Maltese and similar breeds.
Hair is gently removed by hand to improve airflow and reduce wax and debris build-up.
May be declined if irritation or infection is present.

Our manual de-shedding service uses a professional force dryer and coat-appropriate brushes to remove dead, shedding undercoat without harsh de-shedding shampoos or conditioners.
This service is required for most double-coated dogs and is especially beneficial during seasonal coat changes.

After trimming, each nail is carefully filed to smooth rough or sharp edges and create a shorter, neater finish.
This service is offered where your dog is comfortable with the tool’s sound and vibration and is not suitable all dogs.

External anal gland expression is available on request when appropriate for your dog.
Anal gland expression is not recommended as a routine grooming service.
Dogs showing recurring problems, pain, swelling or signs of infection should be assessed by a veterinarian.
